Adult Day Reporting Center

The Department of Health and Human Services, Primary Health, Juvenile Medical Services has a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Probation Department to provide nursing services to probationers assigned to Post Community Release Supervision. During the intake process, the nurse will provide:

  • Health screening
  • General health care, as needed for a specific medical condition(s)
  • Assist clients with referrals and linkages to health care services
  • Review current medications
  • Provide the client with education regarding administration and adherence
  • Provide tuberculosis screening, tubercular skin tests, and evaluation.

Nurses work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team which may include physicians, providers and other internal and/or external customers.
